All our guests are entitled to use the covered area under the Pavilion which has multiple picnic tables and ceiling fans.

Woodview Cabin Rental rates: Off Season (Nov 1- Feb 28): Sunday - Thurs $79/night; Weekends $89/night Peak season (Mar 1 -Oct 31): Sunday thru Thursday $89; Weekends $99 Antique Festivals/Special Events $109, weekend only $119 per night All rates are double occupancy. $15 per person per day for extra persons. $20 extra per day during Festivals/holidays. Children under 6 stay free. There is a minimum two night stay during Antique Festivals and holidays. Applicable hotel sales tax applies. We have special rates for those staying 3 days or longer during regular season. Trails West Retreat does not supply maid service during your stay. We furnish one towel per person per day (double occupancy unless otherwise added pay). We encourage our guests to get multiple uses out of their towels to conserve energy and keep down costs. If you require more towels, please furnish your own. On stays of 3 days or longer, extra towels will be furnished on the 3rd day.
