THE PAVILION Although all our cabins have individual grills, all our guests are welcome to use the outside area of our Pavilion which has picnic tables and patio tables to seat 50-60 people and a large outdoor stainless grill.
Trails West Retreat is taking bookings NOW for weddings, reunions, birthday parties, Christmas parties or just anytime a group wants to get together and PARTY ON....!!! The photo above was taken June 28, 2008 at the 60th birthday party of your host Betty seated in center with peach colored blouse. Over 70 people enjoyed a catered meal under the Pavilion.
**FOOD FOR THOUGHT! Get a bunch of your friends together this fall/winter/spring and have a campout/party!
**Spend the night in our cabins, build a campfire in one of the firepits, eat on the picnic tables under the Pavilion. There is even a bar and barstools.
**We have music available on Del's new IPOD and our own sound system or you can hire a DJ. Bring your guitar and sing a song or two.
**We can make the arrangements for you for catering if desired.

THE PAVILION features a full service air-conditioned kitchen with double oven, cooktop, sink, refrigerator serving bar and windows, a pantry and lots of counterspace for catering set-up.
In the large 30 X 30 covered area, there are two ceiling fans and plenty of electrical outlets for music and catering needs. When the cool season arrives, there's a chiminea to warm your hands and/or firepit plus a fireplace is on the way in the future.
There are men's and women's restrooms each with a shower for getting ready for that special event or for tent campers.

THE PAVILION AT TRAILS WEST RETREAT This picture was taken on April 1, 2008 and shows the playset that Betty & Del built for the kids convienient to the Pavilion so the guests can watch their kids play while enjoying themselves in the shade.

The Pavilion has a kitchen with refrigerator, range, microwave and serving counter. It also has a stereo/speaker system. It has men and women's bathrooms, each with a shower.
The 32 X 32 covered area can seat up to fifty people.
Day use only of the Pavilion and grounds is $125.00
The entire campground-- the Hangar and the Pavilion including all three cabins can be leased for $600 per night-- capacity 12 overnighters.** There is a charge of $15 per person over 12 for parties. The property will accommodate 20 overnighters plus also has space for an additional two motorhomes or travel trailers plus tent camping is available when in combination with the party rental. **Price does not apply to Antique Festivals.

Del's newest addition at Trails West is this 1928 Model A Ford Landau Coupe which came out of a museum in Oklahoma. It is in mint condition but goes a lot slower than our Cessna 182.

The Pavilion as it appeared two years ago just after construction. Now we have grass and flowers!

There is plenty of seating with extra folding tables and chairs if needed. The inside of the Pavilion is air-conditioned and we do have one small bedroom there that we can use for overflow crowds.
